Respite care can offer families and carers a much-needed break. It’s also a great option as part of a post-operative care programme or simply for when your home’s being redecorated.

Our carers are passionate about providing individualised, friendly care. Each year, we help families all to take a break, knowing that their loved ones are in the very best hands.

Respite care can be a practical and helpful solution when recovering from an illness, an injury or returning home from the hospital. A short stay in a residential home provides you will 24-hour support while you recuperate and get back on your feet, while additional help at home through Community Care services provides that extra support to help with the housework, cooking, your health and wellbeing and even your rehabilitation.

 

We offer stays of 2 to 14 days at a time. We welcome regular stays and can book our clients in for alternating weekends or weeks to support their ongoing respite needs.

 

Our carers are staffed by caring, experienced and compassionate Support Workers who have current Police checks, Blue and Yellow Cards and First Aid and CPR training.

Absolutely! We are an independent NDIS supplier and work with participants who have STA eligibility approved in their package, as well as private participants.

 

We strive to give the best care possible. To that end, all of our specialist staff are trained to give attentive, individualised care. They aim to make respite an enjoyable experience for the people they care for.

Yes, we are happy to cater to dietary requirements such as food allergy or intolerances – please make sure to list these clearly on your application.

We can also cater for vegetarians and vegans, and can work around other requests as long as we are made aware at the time of booking.

We require a confirmation of booking with a deposit 1 week prior to booking.

We understand that sometimes cancellations can be unavoidable and work with our clients to provide a refund in these situations.
